Shipping Policy



Please allow between 7-15 days for your order to arrive. If more than 20 days have passed please email us at to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email, and by phone if necessary. Keep in mind that shipments may be delayed by customs or other reasons outside of our control.

You can view the status of your order at any time through your Order History. You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking numbers the morning after your order has shipped.

Our shipping policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

After you contact us and share your issue, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped. We have warehouses all over the world; there is a chance that your order will arrive in separate packages. If you desire a tracking number, please contact us. 

Our Standard shipping is shipped out the next business day if ordered before our daily order processing. Otherwise, it will be shipped the following day. Delivery is usually by USPS or Local Postal Service (sometimes by UPS for heavy items), and takes two to five business days. The vast majority of orders will arrive within two to three business days.

Expedited shipping will ship out the same day if ordered before our expedited processing deadline (usually around 11:00 AM Eastern time). Otherwise, your product will ship the next business day. Shipping time is normally one to three business days. Expedited usually is two to three days faster than standard shipping.
