Placing An Order

  1. I am having trouble placing an order online, do you take phone orders?
  2. We cannot take orders over the phone at this time. You can try placing your order on a different device or browser. Otherwise we are happy to speak with you and see if we can fix any issues you may be experiencing.
  1. Do you offer discount codes?
  2. We do. We regularly send out discount codes, giveaways and special offers to our newsletter subscribers, and to our followers on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
  1. Is it safe to order online?
  2. Yes. DanForce uses an industry standard SSL encryption program to protect your personal information. Any sensitive details like your name, address and credit card number are all encoded so they can only be read by the secure servers.

About My Order

  1. I need to change my order, who can help with this?
  2. If you want to edit or cancel your order then please notify us ASAP. 
  1. I have a faulty item, what should I do?
  2. We are really sorry about this. Please email us at support@danforce.com with your order number and a few photos describing the issue and we'll make sure to sort this out for you. It is possible that we may request the item back from you, via mail, so please be aware.  
  1. My order still hasn’t arrived, I think it's lost?
  2. If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the mail, please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier immediately. Unfortunately we cannot re-send your order or refund your money until the courier and our team conclude the investigation; we will keep you informed and contact you once the investigation has finished.
  1. You've sent me the wrong item or part of my order is missing.
  2. Please accept our sincerest apologies. We try really hard to make sure all orders are met accordingly and perfect, but mistakes occasionally happen. Please contact us at support@danforce.com and we'll get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Payment 

  1. Which credit cards do you accept?
  2. We are accepting payments through PayPal. In the future we will be accepting Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards.
  1. Are your prices inclusive of tax?
  2. No.
  1. Can I place my order on the phone?
  2. Unfortunately, not.  All orders need to be placed through our website, or through an online retailer.
  1. What currencies can I use?
  2. We accept payments in US Dollars, Euros, British Pound Sterling and Canadian Dollars respectively.

Shipping 

  1. What countries do you deliver to?
  2. We deliver to the USA . If you are unsure if we currently ship to your country, email us a support@danforce.com, and we will let you know as soon as possible.
  1. My order still hasn’t arrived, I think it is lost?
  2. Returns

  1. I shipped something back to you. Do you have it yet?
  2. We process all returns as fast as we can and will notify you by email when we have done so. So keep an eye out for an email from us.
  1. How long before I get a refund?
  2. Once we’ve emailed you to say we have issued a refund for your product, it can take anywhere between two to five working days depending on which bank you are using.

  1. Why can’t I add something to my cart?
  2. If you cannot add an item to your cart or there is no size option, it usually means that the item is out of stock.
  1. Can I reserve stock?
  2. We are unable to reserve stock I'm afraid.  
  1. Are your products Legit?
  2. Amazed that we get asked this… but we’re always proud to answer that of course they are. We work directly with an amazing and limited set of brands and developers who care as much about their products as we do.
